Getting started is easy

In a few simple steps, you can be renting your short-let home. Start us off with some details like wi-fi access, available amenities, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Then a Homely Rentals™ Pro will verify your property is ready to rent.

1.Tell us about your property

  • Enter basic info about your property and any instructions for guests (wifi, etc.) though our website.
  • Our team will review your application and property specifications to ensure it's a good fit for the short-term rental market and our services. We’ll give you a forecast for your property so you’ll get a better understanding of its potential

2. Create Your listing & Marketing Channels

  • We’ll utilise our leading technology platform to create professional listings across booking sites like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.
  • You're welcome to use your existing photos (must be high quality and include at least 8 photos) or hire your own photographer.

3. Install a smartlock or lockbox (optional)

  • You can optionally install a compatible smartlock or lockbox. Our software automatically sends your code to guests.
  • You approve your final Homely Host listing & you’re ready to start!
  • Once your listing is live, we will open the calendar and begin taking bookings from guests. ​

4. Start Welcoming Guests & get paid !

  • Accept booking requests & check in your guests through your smart lock, lockbox or in person.
  • Our responsive support team will support your guests for any questions or troubleshooting during the stay
  • You get paid after each booking via Stripe secure payments.
