You will be paid every Friday to your bank account. We will email you an invoice and you’ll be able to access them from the platform.
We do not guarantee work hours in your area. We onboard housekeepers/Cohosts as we take on new properties in each local area. If you apply, and we don’t currently have a property in your area, we would love to keep your details on file to let you know when a property becomes available.
Yes, we are committed to providing our Housekeepers/Cohost with the latest technology to make managing your changeovers easier than ever before. You will use our website and an app that allows you to accept, decline, and manage your bookings seamlessly, all from the palm of your hand.
As a Homely Rentals Housekeeper/Cohost are self-employed and choose the hours that work best for you.
You accept the appointments you want and pass on any you don’t. The platform automatically offers the appointment to Housekeepers/Cohosts who are geographically closest to the property. If there is no Housekeeper locally who wants to take the changeover role, the platform will then notify Housekeepers further away.
Homely Rentals currently operates in urban centres across Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Sheffield with plans to expand across the UK. If we are not currently in your city, we encourage you to register now to expedite our expansion into new markets. We need a large network of great Housekeepers/Cohosts to make Homely Rental work!
No. The benefit of working with Homely Rentals is that you can choose the jobs that work best with your schedule and location. You will never be asked to be “on call”. If you want to receive appointment requests, keep your availability updated.
